Notes:
- This is a very old class I wrote for caching the output of some popular PHP template packages. I still keep it around because people continue to use and download it.
- I have modified the documentation I wrote back in early 2000-2001, so it will work better with the new CMS system
- The code was written to work with PHP 3 and PHP 4 (which was the new version back in 2000), it might work with PHP 5 if E_STRICT is not used, but I had not tested that.
